SoulSpace Privacy Policy

SoulSpace ("the app") is made by Carolina Starre, The Soul Coach. Your privacy matters to us, and our approach is simple: we don't collect your data.

What stays on your phone

Everything you do in SoulSpace lives only on your own device:

• Your name and the interests you choose during setup
• Your journal entries and gratitude notes
• Your meditation and practice history, streaks and stats
• Your notification preferences

None of this is sent to us or to anyone else. We have no servers that store your personal information, no user accounts, and no analytics or tracking of any kind inside the app. If you delete the app, this information is deleted with it.

Notifications

Affirmation reminders are created and scheduled entirely on your device. They do not involve any external service.

Meditation audio

Meditations stream from our content server so we can add new ones without app updates. Like any internet download, this involves your device's IP address being visible to our hosting provider (Cloudflare) for the duration of the request. We do not use this to identify or track you.

Subscriptions

SoulSpace Plus subscriptions are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never see or store your payment details. We use RevenueCat, a subscription-management service, to check whether a subscription is active; this uses an anonymous identifier and involves no personal information.

Requesting data deletion

Because SoulSpace keeps your personal information on your own device, you are always in control of it:

• Everything in the app (your name, journal, history and settings): delete the app from your phone, or use "Start the journey again" on the profile screen, and it is gone immediately and permanently. There is no copy anywhere else.
• Subscription records: if you have ever taken out SoulSpace Plus, our subscription service (RevenueCat) holds an anonymous device identifier and your purchase history. To have this deleted, email us with the subject "Data deletion request" and we will delete it within 30 days and confirm by reply.

Records of the payment itself are kept by Apple or Google under their own policies, as they are the ones who processed it. We cannot delete those, but you can manage them through your Apple or Google account.

Children

SoulSpace is intended for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect any information from children, or indeed from anyone.

Changes to this policy

If the app ever changes how it handles your information, we will update this page and note the new effective date above.
